The Town of Gibsons has received an application for a Development Permit for the form and character of a proposed five-unit, two-storey commercial development with underground parking accessed from Molly’s Lane. The development site is a former site of a Shell gas station and is located in a prominent position in the centre of Lower Gibsons at the “Five Corners” intersection.
