A Public Hearing will be held on January 6, starting at 4:30 pm, to consider Official Community Plan Bylaw 1339, 2025 and Zoning Bylaw 1342, 2025. View the agenda.

- Attend In-person – In-person attendees will be accommodated with limited seating in Council Chambers, Town Hall, 474 South Fletcher Rd, Gibsons BC.
- Watch Live: The hearing will also be live-streamed on the Town of Gibsons YouTube channel.

Written submissions are given equal consideration to verbal submissions. All submissions will form part of the public hearing record, including names and addresses.
1. Send written comments in advance of the public hearing:

- Drop off: Town Hall, 474 South Fletcher Rd, Gibsons BC
Written comments must be received before 8:00 am on January 5, 2026, to be added to the public hearing agenda.
2. Speak at the public hearing:
- Virtually via Zoom: At the Public Hearing, you may use the raise hand button to place your name on the speakers’ list.
- In person: Please add your name to the speakers’ list that will be provided.
Council will not receive any submissions after the Public Hearing is adjourned.
