In-Person Services:

The Town of Gibsons provides ICBC Autoplan Insurance and ICBC Driver Licensing as an Appointed Agent under contract to the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia (ICBC).

Please note: Knowledge Testing and Drivers License Renewals are being conducted on a first-come, first-served basis (and not by appointment).

The following services may be completed by phone or email:

• Insurance renewals;
• Policy changes;
• Storage policies;
• Temporary operations permits; and
• Temporary changes.

These transactions can be initiated by phone or email from Monday to Friday between 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 pm. For assistance, please email icbc@gibsons.ca or call 604-886-3379 or 604-399-8498.

The Town can accept payments by credit card, renew a payment plan already in place, or start new payment plans, provided clients can submit sufficient proof of banking information.

The insurance documents, if applicable, will be mailed out.
