Artist statement:

I see this project as an opportunity to put forward a series of images that are tied to our local land; images that may lead the viewer to have a closer look at both the images and the landscape they are walking through.

Artist Bio:

I have lived in Gibsons for over two decades and feel fortunate to call it home.

My photography is varied but one common theme is the pursuit of a documentary style of photography where I use natural light almost exclusively and do not alter my subjects.

I continue to use slide film in this pursuit.

My photography has been widely published in Canada and internationally in books, magazines and many other media and I continue to exhibit as well.
