The Town of Gibsons is looking for volunteers interested in serving on the Board of Variance.

The Board of Variance is an independent body established by Bylaw to consider applications for minor variances to the Town’s Zoning Bylaw. The Board consists of 3 members appointed by Council, for a three-year term. Meetings are on an as-needed basis.

If you are interested in being considered for appointment to the Board of Variance, please forward your application with the following materials by Sunday, February 1, 2026:

• Letter outlining your interest in serving on the Board (maximum 500 words);
• Resume or CV detailing related experience.
