Gibsons and District Aquatic Facility Closed Nov 15-17

The Gibsons pool will be closed temporarily from Friday, November 15 until Sunday, November 17 so that the roof top air handling unit can be replaced. The roof top air handling unit has reached its end of life.

During this time, a loading zone will be set up temporarily in front of the building. A crane will be onsite to remove the old roof top handling unit and install the new one. The parking lot area will be temporarily closed while this work is done and access to White Tower Park by means of the Gibsons pool parking lot may not be possible. The picture below shows where the crane will be parked.

The facility will re-open at 6:30 am on Monday, November 18.
