The Town of Gibsons is undertaking an update to its development cost charges (DCC) Bylaw.
As a result of the recently adopted Provincial Homes for People Action Plan, the Town has initiated a review of its infrastructure needs and capital costs. Following this review, we will proceed with updating Development Cost Charges (DCCs) through Council bylaw and approval by the Inspector of Municipalities.

We invite the development community and all interested parties to join us for an information session on the proposed changes. This will be an opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback, helping to inform Council’s decisions on the updated bylaw.
