In order to get early and meaningful public input, Mayor and Council hold regular community dialogue sessions on topics of current interest. These sessions allow more time for community members to ask questions, voice concerns, and have meaningful conversations about issues affecting our town.

The public is welcome and encouraged to join the discussion about implementing FireSmart Practices in our homes and neighbourhoods, as well as emergency planning in the event of a wildfire or other community emergency.

Feedback that is gathered at this meeting will ultimately be shared with the Province of BC, which is currently developing accessibility legislation.
